Senior Pitch Designer

📋 Description

• Prioritizing and managing workload against the enterprise pursuit pipeline, proactively identifying
• Designing the full pitch deck for each assigned pursuit, from opening narrative through appendix
• Providing custom branding and design guidelines when required as determined by the Growth Lead
• Turning audit findings, media plans, and performance data into clear, on brand visualizations that
• Producing motion and video assets for pitches, including sizzle reels, animated case studies
• Assembling case study, credentials, and team slides from our library

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience, with a meaningful portion of it in presentation, pitch, or new
• Experience inside a performance marketing, media, or creative agency
• A portfolio that shows decks and pitch materials you designed, ideally including work that helped
• Expert level command of PowerPoint and Google Slides, including master layouts, animation, and the
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Video editing and motion graphics ability in Premiere Pro and After Effects, or comparable tools
