• 3-6 years in strategic urban planning or statutory planning.
• Sound project management skills and ability to lead project teams.
• Strong communication, research, and writing skills.
• A passion for shaping better places and delivering real-world impact.
• Enthusiasm to work with a national team while focusing on NSW market.
