Design, stand up, and harden RL, coding, STEM, and other eval environments
Lead platform development for project pipelines and taxonomies
Support the operational layer: payments, task approval/rejection, RBAC, roles management, revenue
Set technical direction for the platform and prioritize between env work, pipeline, and admin

🎯 Requirements

Senior software engineer (4+ years) with backend or full-stack ownership
Proven autonomy in turning a messy domain into a roadmap and shipped systems
Working fluency in human-data and evaluation workflows
Experience owning a multi-sided platform
Experience with RLHF, labeling, model evaluation, or annotation pipelines
Experience shipping admin/back-office workflows
