Senior Platform Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, stand up, and scale reconciliation and control infra across products and entities.
• Lead audit remediation workstreams with external auditors and internal teams.
• Own cross-functional projects; frame problems, define success metrics, drive to resolution.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to spec, build, and measure systems for reconciliation and loss detection.
• Build reusable AI workflows, templates, and standards; mentor analysts and document processes.
• Scale operations to new products, entities, and geographies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years in financial services, fintech, or accounting ops.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems and money movement (ACH/NACHA, card networks, BAI2/MT940); SOX exposure.
• SQL and data skills to dig into complex data and find root causes.
• Experience applying AI to durable automations and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
