📋 Description

• Operational Execution & Data Governance: Review daily project health, board status, and
• Track and analyze key operational metrics – including product order status, work plan ticket

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within IT/Professional Services, with at least 3+
• Proven experience overseeing physical IT infrastructure deployments and ideally school buildouts.
• Demonstrated ability to directly manage active, billable client projects while simultaneously
• Hands-on proficiency with ConnectWise Manage, TopLeft, and BrightGauge (or equivalent
• Proven track record of using daily metrics, ticket hygiene, and dashboarding to drive execution
• Practical experience coordinating third-party contractors, managing capacity models, and
