🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field and 6+ years of relevant electrical
• Experience independently developing and delivering electrical system designs using engineering
• Experience with aerospace, utility, or industrial electrical systems involving power generation
• Experience owning electrical projects through multiple phases of the project lifecycle, such as
• Experience reviewing technical designs, resolving complex engineering issues, and providing
• Ability to communicate technical decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
