📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate key Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, impediments, and cross-team activities to support predictable and
• Monitor ART performance through relevant Agile metrics and provide transparent progress reporting.
• Partner with Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders
• Coach teams and program stakeholders on SAFe practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of SAFe for Large Solutions while ensuring compliance and traceability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile program execution, including at least 2 years as a Release Train
• SAFe RTE or SAFe SPC certification.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe, Agile methodologies, and large-scale Agile delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
• Proficiency with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira, DevOps, or Rally.

• Salary range: $148,750–$201,250 USD
