Senior Print Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own APAC print partner portfolio; drive performance and growth.
• Lead partner readiness for new product launches in APAC.
• Drive onboarding for new products, partners, and capabilities; scalable launches.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve ops processes; scale partner network.
• Build relationships with external partners; handle operational escalations.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketplace operations, partner or supplier management, supply chain, or related
• Owned a portfolio, program, business area, or partner network with autonomy.
• Strong experience managing external partners, suppliers, merchants, or fulfilment providers.
• Scaled a partner or supplier network across multiple markets or environments.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement; connect ops decisions to customer, partner, and business impact.
