Senior Privacy & Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate MZLA's privacy/compliance program work and reporting.
• Translate privacy/security/compliance requirements into practical processes.
• Coordinate vendor reviews with legal, engineering, product, and support.
• Support privacy operations and DSAR workflows for a global user base.
• Help build data inventories and maps for data lineage and retention.
• Partner with tech teams to embed privacy-by-design in new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in privacy operations, compliance programs, or related fields.
• 5+ years coordinating cross-functional programs with legal, engineering, and product.
• Experience reviewing vendors/subprocessors and privacy risk.
• Experience with GDPR/EU privacy, DSARs, data inventories, and retention.
• Technical fluency to work with cloud services, logs, and data storage.
• Strong project management, clear communication, and pragmatic processes.
• Ability to work across time zones with ET overlap.
