Senior Privacy & Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate privacy and compliance program planning, reviews, and risk tracking.
• Translate privacy, security, and compliance requirements into practical processes.
• Coordinate vendor reviews with legal, engineering, product, and ops teams.
• Support privacy operations, DSAR workflows, retention, and data maps.
• Build data inventories and maps of data flows, vendors, and storage.
• Help establish privacy-by-design practices for new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in privacy operations, GRC, or data governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs across legal, engineering, product.
• Experience supporting vendor/subprocessor reviews for privacy and risk.
• GDPR/EU privacy, DSARs, data inventories, retention experience.
• Technical fluency with data flows, cloud services, logs, and access controls.
