Senior Privacy & Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate privacy and compliance program planning, reviews, risk tracking, and reporting.
• Translate privacy, security, and compliance needs into practical product and process changes.
• Coordinate vendor and tool reviews to document data flows, subprocessors, and contracts.
• Support privacy operations for a global user base, incl. DSARs, records of processing, retention, policy updates.
• Develop data inventories and maps documenting data types, storage, usage, and vendors.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to embed privacy-by-design practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in privacy/compliance within software/SaaS environments.
• 5+ years in privacy operations, GRC, or data governance.
• Cross-functional program mgmt across legal, engineering, product, support, finance.
• Experience with vendor/subprocessor reviews and data-risk considerations.
• Experience with GDPR, DSARs, data inventories, retention, and policy maintenance.
• Technical fluency with cloud services, logs, access controls, and data stores.
