Senior Process Transformation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end process discovery to map operating models, diagnose inefficiencies, bottlenecks
• Map current-state (As-Is) workflows and architect practical future-state (To-Be) processes and
• Identify enterprise-wide process priorities and design, execute, and govern large-scale process
• Evaluate tasks to simplify, standardize, control, or automate processes, translating operational
• Design and execute transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with internal process
• Define process baselines, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and track

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in process excellence, process transformation or operational improvement within
• Practical experience applying methodologies such as BPM/BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream
• Experience successfully applying relevant methodologies in complex business environments.
• Strong hands-on experience investigating complex processes and personally performing process
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to listen carefully, ask focused
• Strong technology and data literacy, with the ability to work across applications, workflows
