• Drive Intake & Triage Operations: Manage the inbound procurement request queue, applying
• Navigate Ambiguity & Apply Corporate Judgment: Translate ambiguous business needs into
• Leverage Organizational Awareness: Build influence and drive cross-functional alignment across
• Oversee VCM Workflows & Approvals: Manage Vendor Contract Management (VCM) system operations
• Execute P2P Workflows & PO Creation: Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay execution including
• Lead Commercial Sourcing & Negotiation: Manage sourcing engagements, lead negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies
• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in corporate procurement, strategic sourcing, P2P operations
• Solid command of commercial terms, P2P processes, PO processing, financial mechanics, and
• Demonstrated ability to operate amidst ambiguity with sound judgment, organizational awareness, and
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Contract Management (VCM) tools, P2P software, intake ticketing
• Preferred: Direct experience handling technology contracts (SaaS, software licensing, IT services)
