Senior Producer

📋 Description

• Produce video from ideation through scripting, shooting, post-production, publishing, and promotion.
• Shape ideas into pitches, treatments, scripts, shot lists, run-of-show documents, and other
• Partner with editorial and video leaders to develop creative concepts and deliver engaging
• Lead or support field, studio, and remote-based productions.
• Work effectively with journalists, executives, guests, and other on-camera talent.
• Coordinate work across internal teams, freelancers, contractors, vendors, and production partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of relevant video production, journalism, digital media, broadcast, documentary
• Demonstrated experience producing, shooting, and editing professional video content, supported by a
• Strong editorial judgment, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to turn ideas into
• Experience producing for YouTube and an understanding of audience development, search/discovery
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
