Senior Product Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Own and deliver day-to-day compliance reviews of new products, features, market expansions and
• Review product requirements, technical documentation, user journeys, onboarding flows, trading or
• Apply a risk-based waterfall that distinguishes hard legal or regulatory blockers from risks that
• Conduct and document product compliance risk assessments covering areas such as regulatory
• Produce clear, concise and evidence-based and solutions-based compliance recommendations setting
• Work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal or Risk within financial services
• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, economics, engineering or a related field, or
• Significant hands-on experience in product compliance, regulatory advisory or product risk
• Strong understanding of the digital-asset industry and products offered by crypto platforms
• Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including licensing
• Demonstrated ability to analyze products or initiatives involving significant complexity and risk
