🎯 Requirements

• AI-native builder; ships software with AI design/coding tools.
• Portfolio of large, complex features end-to-end; mobile focus.
• Expertise in interaction design, IA, and design systems; micro-interactions.
• Proficient in Figma; read/write code with engineers; AI tools core.
• Experience designing for international audiences.
