📋 Description

  • Talk to customers and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze user data to define journeys, personas, and hypotheses.
  • Create wireframes, mocks, diagrams to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; incorporate feedback and tradeoffs.
  • Iterate in an agile environment toward incremental design.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly with the product team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years product design experience (web).
  • B2B/SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, InVision, Miro, Mural.
  • Experience contributing to design systems and style guides.
  • Strong UI/UX design; mocks/comps.
  • BA/BS or relevant work experience.
