🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing high-quality B2C digital products, ideally within recognized

• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI technologies into product experiences and design workflows.
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics and how behavioral psychology can influence product
• Experience using UX research and data analytics to inform, validate, and iterate on design
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to look beyond surface-level
