Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design and evolve the user experience of FanDuel Racing, Fantasy, and Retail products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, content designers, and other partners
• Deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions for new features and existing products
• Observe customers and conduct usability research sessions
• Present design work and communicate decisions to stakeholders
• Maintain and contribute to design systems

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced skill in Figma including design systems, component management, variants, and prototyping
• Experience working in partnership with product, engineering, and research teams
• Experience working with UX research and usability testing
• Good working knowledge of user research and design methodologies
• Strong design execution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and advocate for design decisions
