Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design end-to-end within your squad, from problem framing and research through to
• Collaborate with a Product Manager, a Data Lead and a small engineering team to deliver effective
• Comfortably scope and facilitate user research and usability testing, to deepen customer
• Deliver high-quality UX and UI using our design system, including wireframes, interactive
• Facilitate workshops that bring diverse stakeholders together to explore problems, align on
• Champion a lean, human-centred approach to product development, contributing to how the CX team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work within the experience design field, with experience working in
• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise tooling, ideally for accounting or finance platforms
• Able to map end-to-end processes and journeys across teams and systems, with some service design
• A track record of influencing product decisions, not just delivering screens, but shaping what gets
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating competing agendas, building
• Great design storytelling skill, where you can present and showcase your work to a leadership team
