🎯 Requirements

• Proven depth in design systems — componentisation, tokens, multi-brand theming, and versioning at
• Demonstrated AI fluency in practice: pipelines and tools you've built, with output that measurably
• Experience owning gamification, rewards, loyalty, or progression mechanics — and familiarity with
• A track record of changing how a team works, not just your own output — with adoption you can point
• Strong motion craft: designing, prototyping, and speccing animation in Figma, ideally augmented
• Enough code literacy to read a front end and build or vibecode tooling that actually ships
