📋 Description

• Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking
• Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem and
• Produce the full range of design artifacts: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity
• Work in an AI-native way to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making.
• Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech
• Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail and up-to-date knowledge of the field.
• Strong judgment in ambiguity, ability to make sound calls with incomplete information.
• Business and product sense, connecting design decisions to strategy and metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; build trust with product, engineering, legal, and
