Senior Product Designer – Core Experience

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences for listeners across formats, including Fitness.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling mobile-first journeys.
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, Researchers, Data Scientists, and Designers.
• Develop concepts, flows, prototypes, and polished experiences.
• Explore how new content formats should be experienced and evolve the product.
• Shape experiences that connect listeners, creators, and content.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing high-quality consumer products with UX focus.
• Proficient in Figma across the full product design process.
• Mobile-first design experience for mobile platforms.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Curious about AI-enabled workflows; tools like Claude.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research, Data).
