Senior Product Designer — Design Systems

📋 Description

• Scale and evolve the design system, with particular attention to high-traffic and legacy product
• Audit existing product experiences to identify component gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, and
• Partner closely with engineers to create scalable, accessible, reusable, and production-ready
• Champion usability, accessibility, visual consistency, interaction quality, and design excellence
• Establish, document, and communicate design-system principles, standards, and key design decisions
• Explore and introduce AI-enabled workflows for component discovery, documentation, quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of product design experience, including significant hands-on experience working with
• Proven experience building, scaling, maintaining, or evolving a design system within a digital
• Strong expertise in component-based design, reusable interaction patterns, and systems thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design-system workflows and practices.
• Strong understanding of how design-system components and patterns translate into production code.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineers and navigate tradeoffs between
