Senior Product Designer — Design Systems

📋 Description

• Scale and continuously evolve the design system, prioritizing high-traffic and legacy product
• Audit existing interfaces to identify component gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, and
• Design reusable components and interaction patterns that support scalable product development.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure components are accessible, production-ready, and
• Champion usability, accessibility, visual consistency, and overall product quality across the

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional product design experience, including significant hands-on experience with
• Proven track record of building, scaling, or evolving a design system within a digital product
• Strong expertise in component-based design, reusable interaction patterns, and scalable design
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design system workflows.
• Strong understanding of how design system components and patterns translate into production code.
• Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineers and resolving tradeoffs between
