• Defining problem statements and target user archetypes
• Leveraging Figma and Claude to explore solutions
• Collaborating with designers, engineers and product teams
• Presenting work on small and large stages within the company
• Gathering feedback from internal SMEs and external users
• Building on internal design practices to improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on Product Design experience
• Thrive in a startup environment; resourceful, adaptable, execution-driven
• Translate complex conversations into clear problems to solve
• Experience across discovery to delivery in the design process
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Eager to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other teams
• Low ego; receptive to feedback and agile in adjusting plans
