📋 Description

• Become an expert on who our users are and what each user group needs, from casual translators to
• Conduct generative and evaluative user research to define problems and validate solutions
• Gather and evaluate requirements with cross-functional team members
• Communicate design concepts early and often, backed by qualitative insights and quantitative data
• Deliver vibe coded prototypes, final design specifications in Figma and make small code changes in
• Share the responsibility to maintain and expand the design system

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product teams providing design solutions for web applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design processes
• Experience designing for B2B audiences but have a great eye for design; B2C experience is a bonus
• Ability to drive design throughout the whole lifecycle of an idea — discovering problems, defining
• Understanding of the power of storytelling and comfortable driving stakeholder buy-in
• Ability to consistently use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide the design process
