📋 Description

• Advocate for the needs of your audience and enterprise users, leveraging design thinking and user
• Partner closely with research and data teams to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Help boost design quality and system maturity through your work and contributions to our design
• Contribute to and leverage defined patterns, guides, tools, and libraries to deliver scalable work
• Explain and defend the context, merits, and goals of your ideas and solutions across all required
• Work cross-functionally with partners across product, engineering, and business to align on

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role
• Strong visual design skills and proven ability to influence design quality at the organizational
• Demonstrated expertise delivering complex, scalable experiences within SaaS or enterprise
• Clear leadership qualities demonstrated through design work, mentoring, and cross-team influence
• Experience facilitating design activities and design thinking workshops to align on goals
• Strong collaboration skills and resilience to stakeholder feedback
