🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a strong shipping record.
• Portfolio shows end-to-end thinking: framing, exploration, impact.
• Comfort in complex domains; distill complexity into simple flows.
• Strong product instincts balancing user needs, business goals, constraints.
• Lead lightweight research and partner with researchers when available.
• Attention to interaction detail, content clarity, accessibility.
• A-player mindset with bias for action; ownership in ambiguity.
