📋 Description

• Own design for key product areas from discovery to launch across borrowers, lenders, and ops.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and shape roadmaps.
• Simplify complex workflows like verification, docs, consent, and status into clear experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted design to prototype rapidly and implement small UI changes in code.
• Design for trust and clarity in a sensitive financial domain with accessible UIs.
• Translate insights from research and data into refined, measurable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a track record.
• Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end thinking and measurable impact.
• Ability to distill complexity in complex domains into simple, usable flows.
• Strong product instincts balancing user needs, business goals, and constraints.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work; influence through clarity.
• Able to plan and execute lightweight research and partner with researchers.
