Senior Product Designer - Onboarding & Activation

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for onboarding and activation journeys, from discovery and problem definition
• Design experiences across customer-facing onboarding flows and internal operational workflows
• Simplify complex, multi-step processes such as identity verification, KYB/KYC requirements
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams to identify
• Design responsive experiences across web and mobile, ensuring onboarding journeys feel clear
• Partner with mobile designers and engineers to shape mobile-first experiences and ensure onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience within UX or Product Design, with scope and expectations assessed
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, problem solving and craft, including examples of
• Experience designing complex digital experiences, ideally within fintech, financial services, SaaS
• Experience designing onboarding, identity verification, KYB/KYC, compliance, risk or workflow-heavy
• Strong understanding of how to balance user experience with business requirements, regulatory
