• Own the end-to-end design process: Lead projects from research and workflow discovery through

• Turn prototypes into production experiences: Write and contribute code within production

🎯 Requirements

• You have 6+ years of experience in product design in startup or other fast paced environments.
• You have designed and launched in complex or technical industries, such as financial services
• You are comfortable reading and building with API documentation.
• You can translate complicated processes, data, business rules, and edge cases into clear and
• You work independently, create structure in ambiguous environments, and move projects forward
• You communicate design decisions clearly across product, engineering, operations, and business
