📋 Description

• We design Spotify’s consumer experience end to end across screens, platforms, and integrations.
• Tackle problems where social dynamics, device ecosystems, and technical constraints intersect.
• Turn complexity into clarity with systems thinking and engaging interactions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and other teams to align on experience.
• Scale experiences across mobile, desktop, TVs, speakers, cars, and more.
• Use prototyping, including AI-assisted and code-based approaches, to learn faster.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing sophisticated, user-facing digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Strong visual and interaction design craft with attention to details.
• Understanding of how technology constraints shape design; curiosity to dive deeper.
• Experience designing for mobile and cross-platform scalability.
• Systems thinking to connect interactions to the broader ecosystem.
• Autonomy in ambiguous, complex projects with clear brief-to-workflow progression.
