📋 Description

• Own design for key Truework product areas across borrower, lender, and internal experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Simplify complex workflows (verification, documents, consent) into clear experiences.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to prototype and validate; implement lightweight UI changes when appropriate.
• Design for trust and clarity in a sensitive financial domain, prioritizing accessibility.
• Translate insights from research, stakeholders, and data into outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product design with a track record of shipping quality work.
• Portfolio shows end-to-end thinking: framing, exploration, impact.
• Comfortable in complex domains; distill edge cases into simple flows.
• Strong instincts balancing user needs, business goals, constraints, and timelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration; influence decisions with clarity.
• Independent planning/execution of lightweight research; partner with researchers when available.
