📋 Description

• Synthesise needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables
• Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that
• Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity
• Partner with cross-functional peers within Product and Engineering in Asia and internationally to
• Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the
• Consistently elevate the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design, Product Design, Interaction Design
• You must have experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, web3 etc. with
• Passionate about DeFi, DEX trading, crypto wallet management, token swaps, cross-chain bridge and
• Proven ability to balance advanced trading features with intuitive user experience, making complex
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Product Managers, Engineers
