Senior Product Director, AI & Agent (Chatbot)

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets
• Define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations.
• Identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven
• Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard
• Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
• Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
