📋 Description

• Own complex initiatives end to end: Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture
• Build reliable backend systems: Design and evolve services, APIs, data models, and asynchronous
• Work across system boundaries: Navigate frontend applications, backend services, data layers, and
• Set technical direction: Bring deep backend expertise while shaping architecture decisions and

🎯 Requirements

• Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in backend engineering
• A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production
• Strong understanding of service architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and
• Strong experience designing and evolving data models, schemas, and access patterns, with an
• Experience building reliable background processing, messaging, and event driven workflows across
• The ability to reason about failure modes, concurrency, retries, data consistency, and performance
