📋 Description

• Own a problem space outright: find what is actually broken, decide what we build, get it shipped
• Find customer problems, including ones nobody has asked for, by analyzing usage data, support
• Decide what we build—define a roadmap with what happens now, what waits, and what we choose not to
• Be honest before engineering starts: define the problem, audience, metrics, what we're knowingly
• Equip Sales, CS, Marketing, and Support with positioning, documentation, enablement, and
• Hold the uncomfortable conversation a few weeks later with evidence: double down, leave alone, or

🎯 Requirements

• Five to eight years shipping product, ideally B2B SaaS, owning the outcome rather than the sprint
• Reason from first principles and can show your working
• Able to bring others along when making unexpected calls
• Comfortable with visibility, pressure, and an unsettled scope
• Used AI to do real product work and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't
• Engineering, Design, and PMM move in the same direction when you're in the room
