📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for HELOC underwriting, from submitted application through
• Own time-to-fund as a core metric. Map the end-to-end loan lifecycle, find where loans stall, and
• Drive underwriting and operational efficiency by working closely with credit and operations to
• Lead the AI and automation roadmap for HELOC underwriting and operations.
• Expand automated valuation coverage by partnering with credit and valuation vendors to increase AVM
• Build a state-aware closing experience with compliance, title, and e-closing partners, maximizing

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in consumer technology or fintech.
• Working knowledge of consumer lending underwriting, credit decisioning, income and employment
• Cross-functional team player who builds trust and influences without authority.
• Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in product analytics, funnel analysis
• Experience improving operational workflows or building internal tools.
• Builder's view of AI with experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor daily.
