• Full day-to-day ownership of the ATC platform
• Prioritize needs across our client, operational, and talent users
• Closing feature gaps that force staff into off-platform workarounds
• Bring day-to-day running costs down to focus on business acceleration
• Build and maintain product metrics and funnels to guide product decisions
• Deep partnership with operations to uncover what matters most

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong platform ownership in an operations company
• Experience at a company with at least $50M revenue range
• AI-forward disposition; actively hands-on with modern AI tooling
• Initiative and follow-through
• Ability to manage a product end-to-end
