🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years in product management; 2+ years in lead/senior role; SaaS preferred.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Aha! (product tools).
• Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
• API fluency – comfortable using and troubleshooting REST APIs.
• Payroll/compliance knowledge preferred.
