Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for benefits infrastructure
• Drive integrations with benefits carriers, third-party administrators, benefits platforms, brokers
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch, including benefit-cost migrations and
• Own end-to-end test planning, validation, migration sequencing, and go-live readiness
• Establish process for activating new countries and partners
• Enable Sales and Implementation teams with improved workflows using AI-assisted tools

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations, particularly
• Strong provider-agnostic product mindset
• Demonstrated ability to operate across strategy and technical delivery, including understanding
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code required, including ability to independently build
• Strong systems thinking and design for human and machine users through APIs, automation, and agents
• Ability to evaluate through measurable outcomes like accuracy, payroll correctness, compliance
