Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for benefits infrastructure
• Drive integrations with benefits carriers, third-party administrators, benefits platforms, brokers
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch
• Own end-to-end test planning, validation, migration, and go-live readiness
• Establish and improve processes for activating new countries and partners
• Enable Sales and Implementation with better benefits-processing workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a PM owning complex third-party integrations
• Strong provider-agnostic product mindset
• Demonstrated ability to operate across product strategy and technical delivery
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code is required
• Strong systems thinking
• Ability to evaluate decisions against business and operational outcomes
