🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leading a small team or critical squad
• Deep expertise in payments/monetization, fraud prevention, or compliance/player protection
• Proven experience shipping complex cross-functional products with meaningful business impact
• Strong leadership skills: mentoring, building team culture, creating accountability
• Experience with regulated industries such as fintech, gaming, and finance
• Mastery of web and mobile product experiences (Apple App Store, Google Play)
