Senior Product Manager, AI Platform & Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Lead the product direction for Wrike's AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and
• Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely
• Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains
• Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively
• Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution
• Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience
• GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage
• Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior
