Senior Product Manager - AI Scheduling

📋 Description

• Own Scheduling roadmap end-to-end across reliability, new capabilities, and AI features
• Ship mobile calendar to GA; enhance performance and AI-driven calendar experience
• Translate customer scheduling needs into scalable product logic for diverse business types
• Define and ship AI-native scheduling: intelligent availability and agentic rebooking flows
• Build iterative loops across booking volume, calendar utilization, and AI metrics to drive improvements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, GTM to ship complex features quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience owning complex, high-impact products at a fast-growth tech company; scheduling/calendar/marketplace/workflow-automation a plus
• Shipped AI-powered features or redesigned AI workflows with measurable impact
• Strong analytical instincts: data-driven prioritization using quantitative and qualitative inputs
• Technical fluency; comfortable in domain models; can discuss architecture and tradeoffs
• Experience shipping platform/infrastructure-adjacent products with dependency-based sequencing
• Automate repeatable tasks and focus decisions that truly matter
