🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated financial services.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on AML/Transaction Monitoring products.
• Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring (particularly stablecoins) or VASP compliance.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, or similar).
• Experience with travel rule tools (e.g., Notabene, Sumsub, or similar).
