• 7+ years in product management, 3+ years owning full lifecycles.
• Experience with AI, SaaS, legal tech, or similar complex products.
• Strong technical acumen; ability to communicate with engineers about AI/ML capabilities and limits.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams through high-impact initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, clarity, and direction in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent product judgment and UX intuition for intuitive experiences.
