📋 Description

• Own benefits infrastructure strategy and a unified, provider-agnostic platform.
• Roadmap integrations with carriers, third-party admins, HR systems, and brokers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Oversee migrations and data flows between external HR systems and payroll.
• Establish testing, reconciliation, and go-live processes with Engineering and ops.
• Build consistent benefits experiences across environments (EORE, payroll, HRIS).

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and
• Strong product strategy with ability to translate tech/operational challenges into roadmaps.
• Provider-agnostic mindset for customers’ ecosystems (brokers, carriers, HRIS, external providers).
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code for prototyping and shipping code or prototypes.
• Strong fluency in data-mapping, synchronization, reconciliation, and collaboration with engineers.
• Design for both human users and systems (APIs, integrations, tooling).
