Senior Product Manager (Clinical)

📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in New York City.
• Own end-to-end user flows for in-clinic diagnostics (MRI, DEXA, VO2 max).
• Collaborate with clinical/ops/tech teams to design workflows minimizing errors and friction.
• Own data-collection scope for out-of-clinic work (mobile phlebotomy kits, home sleep studies).
• Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from clinics, sales, and members.
• Be a driver of innovation, pushing healthcare boundaries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Proven track record owning complex products from 0-1, blending digital interfaces with physical/in-person execution
• Experience building clinical products within digital health startups, executive physical programs, premium clinics, or adjacent diagnostics
• Exceptional communication and relationship management; able to speak with engineers, operations, and physicians
• Strong product analytics skills to turn feedback into priorities
• Highly motivated, creative, comfortable in ambiguous, hyper-growth startup environments
